  • Sending newsletters about my work and projects: comics, illustrations, process, news, and occasional personal notes related to them.

Images in newsletter emails are hosted by Cloudinary, a third-party service provider. When you open an email, your device may request those images from Cloudinary's servers, which may receive technical data such as your IP address.

7. International Data Transfers

Kit is a United States-based service provider. As a result, personal data may be processed or transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

Kit describes appropriate international data transfer mechanisms in its Data Processing Addendum, including the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, as applicable.
